Care Analytics data is now available for 1-2 Years. With up to 2 years of data, you can analyze long—term trends and access historical data for deeper insights. Speak to your account manager to enable this feature.
We made creating, updating, and uploading customer data easier. The new Traits tab allows you to view, edit, and organize traits effortlessly. Identify their origins, map them to surveys, and update them manually or via bulk uploads.
