This month, we’re making it easier to act on that—from tracking review impact in your CDP to measuring campaign ROI. Let’s dive in.

🚀 Boosted Reviews Now Visible in the Customer Database

  • Now, when a customer leaves a Google review after completing a survey, that event is captured in your CDP, so you can use it when creating audience groups and workflows.
  • Additionally, you can use this data to follow up with customers who have filled up surveys but yet to leave a review. 

🚀  New Integration: Incentivio + Momos

  • You can now sync your orders from Incentivio directly into Momos! This lets you build richer customer profiles in the CDP and run more targeted campaigns using purchase data and behavior from Incentivio.

🚀  Trait Questions for Cases

  • You can now specify whether you want a customer’s answer to a question on a Case form to be added as the value for a trait in that customer’s profile - just like with surveys! 
  • This is very useful for collecting more detailed information about the customer, like birthdays, dietary restrictions, and more. This information can be used for building audiences and in the case of Date type traits, triggering workflows.
